Happy Fourth of July! This is my first Independence Day right outside the nation’s capital, so I’m planning on heading in for the festivities and checking out the fireworks. If you’re in the area, stop by and try a hamburger or hot dog from my new grill. It’s also the first without my friends back home and at PSU, so I think this quote is quite fitting.

Awesome site Dave! Really impressed! It seems that life is treating you pretty well lately. Keep on chasing your dreams and we’ll always be there for you. Like the quote about happiness and feel that is true in many ways.

Hey John, thanks for the compliments. Life has been pretty good to me lately, but I am definitely missing you guys back home. I haven’t been able to find anyone to play cards down here yet. I’ll be up sometime near the end of the summer, once I rack up a little more vacation time.
